Incorrect SQL Syntax – Unclosed quotation mark after the character string in SQL SERVER

I came across this error when I’m trying to execute a script on exported data from other database. And it took times to figure out what’s really the problem. I opened it up with Notepad++ and turn on “show all characters” option and there I found that each record contains a NULL value, so I had to replace it. Then, ran the script and it execute smoothly.
